I'm a 2526272829 30 year old Brit, teaching English in Tokyo.
In the past I've studied History at Leicester & Liverpool Universities as well as a CELTA at Manchester Teaching Academy. I've worked in the Rimrock Resort Hotel in Banff Alberta, travelled around Eastern Europe, and held many different temporary office positions in and around Warrington.
I've dabbled in skiing in Europe and snowboarding in Canada. I trained for just over two years at Warrington Kickboxing studio and I continued my training for around 6 months at the All Japan Kickboxing Federation gym in Okubo, Tokyo. I took a break from martial arts and stuck to weights and running for 5 months then joined Toikatsu MMA gym around September 2007 - which teaches jujitsu, grappling, boxing, kickboxing and wrestling. I've been learning Japanese on and off since I got here, and yes, it is a as difficult as it looks!
